Ontopo’s website streamlines the restaurant booking process, with the ability for diners to automate their bookings and make changes if necessary. The platform offers a variety of dining options based on the diner's preferences, making it easy for customers to find their perfect dining experience.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Tel Aviv. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads and communicating effectively with customers. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer data, and communicating with customers by phone, email, and in-person.

Qualifications:

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills.
• 3 years experience in sales fild - a must
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Lead generation skills and experience.
• Ability to build effective customer relationships.
• Experience in selling software solutions to restaurants, cafes, and other food and beverage establishments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
