We are looking for a full-time senior SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join our family

Key Responsibilities

* Review SQL Server and Azure SQL instances and provide recommendations

* Manage complex database environments

* Plan and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions

* Monitor and optimize database performance

* Take care of database security, including data encryption

* Participate in database design and development projects

* Provide a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction

* Share knowledge with the team and the community

Required Skills and Experience

* At least 5 years of experience with SQL Server and/or Azure SQL

* Fluent in T-SQL

* Experience with implementing HA/DR solutions, such as Availability Groups

* At least 3 years of experience in query tuning, including monitoring solutions and analyzing execution plans

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

* Service-oriented with excellent communication skills

* Professional, thorough, well-organized, and creative

* Fluent in Hebrew and English (read, write, and speak)
