iOS QA Engineer

Own the QA process across the entire iOS stack, including:
SwiftUI application
Call Directory & CallKit Extensions
Widgets
Live Activities
Review product specifications and technical designs, proactively identifying testability issues and edge cases.
Create detailed Test Plans and Exploratory Test Charters.
Perform comprehensive manual testing, including:
Functional testing
Usability testing
Accessibility testing
Network condition testing
Test across different iPhone models, screen sizes, and usage scenarios.
Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs using Jira, including videos, logs, and detailed reproduction steps.
Execute thorough Regression Testing for every release candidate.
Validate hotfixes using TestFlight.
Monitor production environments using Crashlytics, Firebase, and Analytics.
Analyze production issues and collaborate with engineers on Root Cause Analysis.
Promote QA best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Must Have:

2+ years of experience in iOS Mobile QA.
Hands-on experience testing consumer-facing iOS applications.
Strong experience with manual testing of mobile applications.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases and potential quality issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Nice to Have / Big Plus:

Familiarity with CallKit, Call Directory, Contacts, VoIP, or Telecom systems.
Experience in spam blocking / caller ID products or related domains.
Experience with performance analysis, battery consumption, and memory profiling.
Proficiency in Swift.
Experience with Bash scripting for automation and tooling.
Previous experience testing applications serving millions of users.
Experience working with Crashlytics, Firebase, and Analytics.
