Africa sales manager for international company

Looking for a Global Sales Manager, ready to lead the company's operations in several African countries. The role involves managing and developing existing customer portfolios, expanding market share, promoting and selling company products and services, developing business in relevant territories, and penetrating new markets, including recruiting agents and distributors.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in global sales, developing and expanding new and existing territories (experience in Africa - mandatory).
• Deep familiarity and experience in the telecom industry.
• Experience in managing full customer and territory portfolios, including managing ongoing revenue, retaining existing services, providing ongoing support, selling new products, collecting payments, and leading tenders and partnerships.
• Familiarity and work with wholesale customers in the telecom, military and security sectors, enterprise, and government clients in providing communication services.
• Experience in methodical reporting and updates to CRM systems and managing monthly funnels and targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Africa.
• Leadership and independent sales ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, and French proficiency - a significant advantage
