Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Technical POC for materials, adhesives and assembly process of NPI and legacy systems.
• Leading engineering root cause investigation of field and factory returns.
• Define technology and material for NPI and process improvements{{:}} work with suppliers, define engineering evaluation activities and execute formal verifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers in local and global manufacturing sites to define process controls and ongoing trouble shooting.
  
  

Qualifications{{:}}

• B.Sc. in Material science and Physics. M.Sc. or higher- an advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in process engineering and technology development.
• Experience in design of experiments and data analysis.
• Experience with priming and adhesion processes.
• Familiar with metrology technologies and best practices.
• Mechanical design experience- an advantage.
• Experience with board assembly manufacturing technologies- an advantage.
