Product Manager Team Lead

Job summary: 

We're looking to hire our first Product Manager Team Leader for Blockaid. Our product scans millions of blockchain transactions daily for the biggest companies in the field. We're seeking an incredible individual to be the first product hire to lead and hire our product efforts. As our first hire in that field, you'll have a huge responsibility to assemble a team of PMs, working with engineering, customers, and the CTO.

What you will do: 

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring high standards of performance and excellence in execution.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Drive the vision and roadmap for our consumers
• Work with the product management team to develop full lifecycle solutions, from ideation to development, launch, and ongoing enhancements, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless customer experience.
• Generate new ideas and concepts that contribute to the growth and expansion of market share, while enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to gather feedback and requirements, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
• to ensure the successful launch and ongoing support of products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform product development and positioning strategies.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of product management experience - must
• 1+ years of experience leading a team of PMs - must
• Technical programming background 
• Strong Quantitative Capabilities: intermediate business statistics knowledge, able to translate product problems into analytics problems, develop and test hypotheses, interpret data in a meaningful and actionable way
• Strong verbal & written communication skills. Able to articulate the “why” instead of just the “how” and “what” to drive team-wide alignment on the product vision
• Engage and inspire team members to deliver the best quality product possible

• Driven & entrepreneurial
• Experience with product management of an API-based, developer-oriented product - highly advantageous
