What You’ll Achieve

As a Controller Assistance , you will resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.

You will:

• Issue of statutory financial statements on time, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Tax compliance with local reporting requirements and preparation of yearly tax reports
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations, including supporting documentation, for SOX requirement and accurate reporting
• AD-HOC accounting and tax related tasks and providing support to other activities and processes within the Groups finance function
• Provide suggestions for improving processes performed within the team

Essential Requirements

• A Certified Public Accountant with a BA in accounting/economics – Must
• At least 1-2 years after an internship in one of the BIG-4 accounting firms.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• High analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyse multi-detailed schedules.
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Solid knowledge of systems and automation tools (I.e. SAP, Oracle, etc)
