As a Reception Administration, you will be:

• Operate and manage the main reception desk, acting as the first point of contact for external parties including suppliers, job candidates and employees
• Coordinate and manage security department operations including briefings, security questionnaires and the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Analyze data from multiple monitoring sources to detect security events and conduct correlation analysis for threat assessment
• Manage physical security incidents, both internal and external, and recommend strategies for mitigation

If you have:

• Proven experience as a Command & Control operator in the private sector or military service
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to threat identification and resolution
