Hands-on Team Leader

1. People Management & Leadership: Direct management, mentoring, and professional guidance of 3 developers. Allocating and leading development tasks, tracking timelines, driving the team toward success, and lead the recruitment of additional developers.
2. Code Development (Hands-on): Writing high-quality code and performing code reviews across both the frontend and backend (Server-side).
3. Processes & Regulatory Compliance: Defining, authoring, and implementing structured development procedures to ensure the team adheres to company quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, Penetration Testing/PT).

1. Core Experience & Leadership
2. Full Stack Web Development: At least 3 years of hands-on experience – Required.
3. Leadership & Management: Previous experience as a Team Lead, Project Lead, or Tech Lead, with a proven track record of leading a team of at least 3 developers, managing projects, and mentoring team members – Required.
4. Technical Skills
5. Client-Side Mastery: Full proficiency in Frontend technologies: JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, SASS – Required.
6. Relational Databases (PostgreSQL): Deep core understanding of relational data modeling, schema design, and data structures – Required
7. OS Environment: Hands-on experience working in a Linux & MacOs environment – Required.
8. Version Control: Full proficiency and experience working with GIT – Required.
9. Backend Framework: Previous experience writing code in Ruby on Rails – Significant Advantage
10. Technical Writing: Proven ability to write technical s, work procedures and system ation – Required.
11. Soft Skills & Interpersonal Attributes
12. Communication & Language: High-level, exceptionally clear communication skills, with full English proficiency (both written and verbal) – Required.
