Lead Product Management & Develop

Job Description:

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager in an Enterprise SaaS company – a must.
• Background as a Software Developer – a must.
• Experience working in agile development methodology, building, and prioritizing product backlog, and defining MVP.
• Ability to design and ship products with customer empathy.
• End-to-end ownership and independence, while being a team player. “Can do” attitude and ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Ability to see the big picture and dive into details when necessary.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills; Must have strong English both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders – R&D, UX/UI, Customer success, etc.
• Passionate, hungry, and driven to make a change.
