Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, creative, passionate, and highly professional Product Designer to join the UX Team of one of our leading products here at AT&T Israel.

You will be translating complex requirements into easy and intuitive designs.

You'll be working in an empowering environment, in a positive, professional, and inspiring atmosphere.

We currently work in hybrid mode.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the end-to-end design process - starting from requirements and up to detailed design and visual QA
• Collaborate with UX professionals and product designers from both Israel and the US to develop effective and impactful designs.
• Create high-level concepts for new ideas and features
• Create detailed designs to deliver ideas to development teams and product managers.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate of one of the leading design schools (Shenkar, Bezalel, HIT, Reichman and similar)
• Industrial Design Degree is an advantage
• At least 4 years of practical experience in designing complex, large-scale B2B applications.
• Ability to work hand-in-hand with Product Managers & development teams
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written English)
• Experience working as a Product Designer in an Agile-oriented development environment
• Experience creating design for retail or physical environment (an advantage)
• Video editing experience (an advantage)
• Experience in mobile application design (an advantage)
• Experience working in large scale organizations (an advantage)
• Experience designing applications for developers (an advantage)
