Knit-Rite has an immediate opening in Kansas City, KS for a Full Time Facilities Technician!

What You’ll Get To Do

Our Facilities Technician performs preventative cleaning maintenance on equipment in the facility.

Our Facilities Technician will be responsible for routinely cleaning equipment around the facility including cleaning and oiling of the Shima knitting machines, and keeping the production floor clean and organized. The Facilities Technician will also help maintain the yarn inventory by conducting physical inventory counts.

The Essentials

Our Facilities Technician will be a critical part of our maintenance team! This right candidate that fills this position will also help keep up our preventative cleaning schedule, oiling machines as assigned, checking oil levels and refilling as needed, routinely cleaning the production area and also serve as a back up for other members of the maintenance team.
