Role Description

We are seeking an experienced NPI Mechanical Engineer for a full-time on-site position located in North District, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products and improving existing products from prototyping through production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in project management and mechanical design and extensive experience with 3D CAD software, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a product development or NPI role, preferably in the semiconductor, defense, or motion control industry
• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, preferably with Windchill
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English with the ability to read, write and speak fluently
