We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Content team in Jerusalem, Israel. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a leading team of cataloguers for the Alma and 360 products. The team consists of 8 team members worldwide and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Ingestion. So, if you know our product- Alma and you have a great skill set in Cataloging- we would love to speak with you!

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Information Science / Librarianship Degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Alma Cataloguing and Electronic Resources Management
• Experience in Cataloguing and Library work

What will you be doing in this role?

• Oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of cataloguers
• Plan, delegate, and direct the team’s day-to-day work to achieve operational targets or objectives with contribution to the immediate results for the team
• Identify and plan team-level quality and process improvement initiatives
• Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage colleague success

Alma- As a completely cloud-based service, Alma provides libraries with the most cost-effective library management solution in the industry.

About The Team

Leading team of cataloguers for the Alma and 360 products, within the Content Operations group.

Responsible for the quality of the catalog and the ingest processes. Leading projects within the team and with external stakeholders.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.

This is a full-time position.
