QA Engineer

Skybox Security is looking for a talented and experienced QA Engineer as part of the Platforms QA Team. The position implies working with a complex product and requires a good understanding of software architecture and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the software development team during the product design phase.
• Define test cases for relevant user scenarios. Achieve feature-closure by manually validating requirements.
• Develop automation tests using Java (E2E cases) Or Python (Infrastructure cases)
• Analyze Java and Python Automation Suites Results.
• Solve technical laboratory problems and improve our laboratory.
• Collaborate in a cohesive, energetic, cross-functional and open environment.
• Verify fixes of customer-found (support) and track the release process.
• Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities within the scrum team.
• Work independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment.

Desired Skills And Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software testing of enterprise-grade, client-server software products.
• Experience in Java/Python/Bash.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent analytics, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to review requirement and build testing automation coverage.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and process
• Ability to function autonomously and work through ambiguity and rapid change.
• Experience in testing of complex SW applications
• English level must be high
