You will support Head of Marketing and commercial organization in CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel to deliver the above and implement and execute digital strategy to deliver company sales objectives.

Your day at Ferring

Support of Region Integrated planning (Marketing/Medical)

• Implements company digital strategy initiatives in CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel, working closely with local commercial teams and provides inputs to European/Global marketing / digital team on behalf of the CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel ​
  
• Contributes to the preparation of CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel Core and Established brands integrated plans and leads the identification of digital opportunities to address brand specific critical success factors, customer needs and customers’ influencing points along their decision journey to prescribe a product
  
• Works closely with CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel commercial organization to define country specific insights on customer needs and leads the identification of common global/regional innovative digital initiatives that can add value to CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel
  
• Develops and implements global solutions that can include elements across multiple platforms, databases and channels.
  
• Consolidates CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel initiatives into brand specific integrated plans
  
• Provides expertise and inputs required to ensures that adequate resources are allocated to support digital initiatives in the budget process
  
• Sets objectives and KPIs for each initiative included in the plan
  

CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel digital marketing initiatives implementation

• Leads the creation and implementation of digital campaigns across CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel from planning to execution
  
• Ensures alignment and consistency in the implementation of the digital programs in CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel
  
• Supports markets in the implementation of the digital programs
  
• Works with region/global IT and Digital Marketing to ensure that IT infrastructure fits the needs of the business and digital programs
  
• Sets-up, coordinates and controls digital media investments
  
• Analyses competitors' activities, consumer digital marketing and proposes responsive actions
  
• Manages CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel projects with global/regional agencies
  
• Generates own creative ideas for mobile apps promotions
  
• Assigns team tasks for the video creatives
  
• Manages brands’ image in all e-commerce channels & Social Media
  

Tracking of Digital initiatives performance and impact

• Tracks performance and impact of digital initiatives vs original objectives and KPIs at CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel level
  
• Takes corrective actions to address possible gaps vs expectations
  

Capabilities building across the cluster

• Supports head of marketing in building excellence in digital across KPIs CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel in line with the global and regional Teams, which includes the organization of trainings, seminars and other initiatives
  
• Cooperates with head of commercial effectiveness in implementing CRM and other corporate business tools/solutions in CEE/Austria/Switzerland/Israel

• Proven track record in digital excellence, innovation and implementation

• University education
  
• Strong English skills (both written and verbal)
