Corporate Legal Counsel

We are looking for a motivated and talented Corporate Legal Counsel to join our legal team. Performing as a legal and corporate focal point in commercial negotiations with the company's customers, vendors, and partners around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal counselling on corporate and commercial matters to global business teams.
• Draft and review various types of legal documents.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements to enhance overall efficiency, collaborating with the company's departments on diverse legal issues.
• Organize and manage legal document storage for easy accessibility, ensuring efficient retrieval and organization.
• Work directly with the company's business units to negotiate and close deals and participate in decision-making processes
• Provide risk management guidance.
• Executing the company's policies and legal standing.
• Directly interfacing and reporting to the company's VP Legal Affairs.
  
  

• Member of the Israeli Bar Association or equivalent.
• A licensed attorney with 3+ years experience in commercial law from a high-tech company or a major law firm.
• Experience in M&A transactions – an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew (verbal and written communication), with proven experience in drafting legal documents in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under stress.
• General commercial law experience (experience in data protection law – an advantage).
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities.
• Analytical Thinking. The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach and strong attention to detail.
• A team player who is also able to work independently.
