Retail & BizDev Manager APAC- 2881

A global leading lifestyle company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail and Business Development Manager to oversee all direct and indirect retail operations in the Asia region.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary corporate point of contact for Direct retail accounts in the APAC region.
• Lead and manage a dedicated retail team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Create guidelines and assist distributors to operate and manage indirect retail accounts.
• Forecast and achieve sales goals, shipping targets and sell out with direct retail accounts.
• Prepare strategic action plans for each account to achieve company sales goals.
• Oversee and manage the APAC Retail P&L.
• Collaborate with the global retail marketing team to plan and execute marketing and promotional plans.
• Ensure all key market accounts are well-merchandised and representative of brand standards.
• Identify, profile, and prospect new business accounts within the designated territory.
• Participate and support key trade events within the territory.
• Undertake special business development projects as assigned by the employer.

Skills & Abilities

• 6-10 years of experience in the Beauty/Apparel/Cosmetic industry working with premium brands in similar roles.
• Experience working with retailers on sales and marketing planning and execution (global retailers an advantage)
• Managerial experience.
• Fluent in English, verbal & written.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
