Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for stable production within defined specs and process parameters, conducting process stabilization trials and activities in the field of electrochemistry to optimize chemical processes, performance and efficiency.
2. Working directly with our production machines (hands-on) and offer technical expertise in optimizing processes and enhancing the performance of electrochemical systems.
3. Monitor and analyze all statistical process control on-line and off-line.
4. Contribute to the design and scale-up of production processes for electrochemical products.
5. Monitor and analyze quality and process data to understand how process parameters affect the output product's quality, using standardized data for consistency.
6. Assuring to meet all material and product specifications. Suppliers complaints.
7. Manage all quality aspects including standards and protocols cross organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Material Engineering, ideally with a focus on electrochemistry.
2. Proven experience in a chemical engineering role, specifically involving electrochemical processes, preferably within a startup environment.
3. Proficiency in using process simulation software and other relevant engineering tools related to electrochemistry.
4. Experience in designing and conducting experiments in a laboratory or pilot-scale setting.
5. Experience in quality management.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in chemical manufacturing, especially in the context of electrochemical systems.
