Support and Tech-Ops Engineer

a global product company is looking for looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join our Customer Operations Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful deployment and operation of our Publican platform.

Responsibilities

" Lead back-office support activities.

" Act as a first responder to customer support service calls. Troubleshoot, collect details, escalate if needed and deliver timely and satisfactory resolution.

" Build and maintain company's knowledge base.

" Maintain and monitor operational systems and company unique technological infrastructures.

" Manage and operate day-to-day data integration tasks for existing and new customers.

" Manage Saas and on-premises (remote) deployment and upgrade activities, installations and SAT activities.

" Analyze and provide internal feedback based on customer support data and metrics.

" Work closely with R&D, Product and Sales teams.

" Handle vendors and logistics (including budget).

Qualifications

" At least 5 years of industry experience in similar positions

" Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and administrative skills, prioritization skills

" Team player, service oriented

" Tech-oriented: experience in IT, R&D or QA - a significant advantage

" Strong sense of ownership, "can-do" attitude

" Good problem solving skills

" Basic SQL

" Fluent spoken & written English

" Additional languages - Advantage
