FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll support the FP&A department with various tasks, including the monitoring and control of contractors expenses, planning and budget processes, quarterly and yearly reporting as well as providing forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for financial modeling, providing value-added insights to studio management to support business decisions
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports to key stakeholders.
• Own the analysis of financial results as compared to prior periods and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to monitor and facilitate the understanding of key operating and financial metrics.
• Provide actual vs budget reporting and analysis.
• Support budget and various ad-hoc projects.
• Optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A / Finance Business Partner
• Experience in budget control.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel / G-suite knowledge
• Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage many tasks in parallel according to priorities.
• BA in Economics/Accounting or equivalent
• High level of English.
