What will you be doing?

as KYC ADMIN you'll be part of the verification department which is responsible for the onboarding and maintaining of clients' accounts.

• Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts
• Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation for clients around the globe
• Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks
• Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Assisting the Risk and AML departments with review and monitoring of accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of tasks
• Work under pressure in a fast pacing environment and meet tight deadlines and targets
  
  

• Computer Proficient is a must.
• Monday - Friday full-time (9 hours) (shift pattern and Sunday shifts when necessary) Hybrid
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Hebrew Mandatory - English at mother-tongue level/ High proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An open mind and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and focused
• Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
