Product Operations Specialist

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Product Operations Specialist to join our R&D team and help coordinate R&D projects and releases.

In your role as a member of the Product Operations team (R&D), you will play a crucial supporting role in our research and development initiatives. You will work closely with our R&D team to ensure the smooth execution of projects, maintain project documentation, and assist in various administrative tasks to drive our projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to coordinate product development projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, scheduling meetings, establishing KPIs, and tracking project milestones.
• Assist in data collection, organization, and analysis to support ongoing research and development efforts.
• Provide administrative assistance, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and handling correspondence, to ensure the efficient operation of the R&D team.
• Facilitate communication within the R&D team, ensuring that information flows smoothly among team members.
• Ensure that all R&D activities adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education required
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar supporting role within an R&D environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Outstanding proficiency in both Hebrew and English, coupled with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Team player with an interest in taking initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with CI\CD
• Previous experience with Gitlab is a plus but not required
