We're on the lookout for a Principal Full-Stack Engineer to spearhead a critical project at Aidoc, pivotal for our community of both internal stakeholders and external users. Responsibilities:

• Lead Full-Stack Project Development: Spearheaded a high-impact project, overseeing all technical stages from initial design to final deployment. This includes crafting user interfaces with modern frameworks and backend system architecture.
• Implement Web Applications: Utilize ReactJS, VueJS, or AngularJS alongside HTML and CSS to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Develop Scalable Backend Systems: Build distributed, scalable backend solutions, optimizing for performance and reliability. Incorporate AWS cloud services, focusing on serverless architectures for efficiency and scalability.
• Incorporate Best Practices: Champion code quality, CI/CD processes, and agile methodologies to enhance team excellence and product reliability.
• Strategic Collaboration and Influence: Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders including users from different backgrounds, development teams, product managers, and project managers. Tailor development efforts to meet a wide range of user needs and business objectives, leveraging your technical expertise to influence product direction and strategy effectively.
• Cost-Effective Design and Development: Strategize development and infrastructure design with an emphasis on cost efficiency, understanding the pricing and operational costs, and planning for sustainable growth.
  
  

• Education: BA/BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Software Development Experience: Senior-level experience (5+ years) with a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, code optimization, and complexity.
• Frontend and Backend Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript and Python/NodeJS (5+ years) with experience in modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS, VueJS), HTML, CSS, and developing distributed, scalable backend environments.
• Cloud Services and IaC Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud services, especially serverless architectures, and expertise in writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies, git workflow, and designing/building CI/CD pipelines.
• API and Database Knowledge: Knowledge in designing RESTful APIs, and both relational and non-relational databases, with SQL and schema design experience.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English, essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Industry Advantage: Having medical knowledge, especially in radiology, is considered an advantage.
