Nayax is looking for a Marketing Admin who is responsible for ongoing support for the marketing department driving our local offices and distributor's marketing operations forward!
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Support filed marketing with administration: issuing POs and quotes, shipments, giveaways, print materials, finding new vendors.
- Handle relations with various vendors for print, giveaways, translations ext.
- Events coordinator- communicate with event vendors, manage event logistics (electricity, furniture, Wi-Fi and additional services), giveaways, shipment ext.
- Co-ordinate and execute marketing activities.
- Maintain up to date archives of all marketing collateral.
- Support social media platforms and community:
- Assist with content ideation and creation.
- Stay up to date with social best practices, competitor activity and category trends.
- Monitor and generate reports on feedback, online reviews, and performance.
- Support ad hoc and ongoing projects on various relevant administrative aspects.
- Organize department events.
- Assignments require working within a globally dispersed team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Proactive, highly motivated, flexible and creative
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, such as time and project
- management and prioritizing
- Independent learning, ability to manage personal workflow in order to meet deadlines.
- A good team player who meets and exceeds team goals.
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Brief knowledge in purchasing (working with external suppliers) and event management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in using social media platforms & analytics tools.
