- Creative Ideation and Concepts, Take part in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and captivating campaigns for performance and branding.
- Oversee the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns, focusing on driving qualified traffic, maximizing conversions, and optimizing ROI.
- Data-driven mindset - Leverage A/B testing to refine and improve campaign elements, including visual hooks, ad copy, music, messaging, and CTAs.
- Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms and communication materials.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and campaign creation
- 5+ years of experience in the advertising industry and digital marketing, with a focus on B2B & B2C marketing
- Proven experience in Creative Direction / Art Direction roles and creative teams management
- Proficiency in leading, managing, and mentoring creative teams.
- Exceptional ability to understand target audience insights and develop creative concepts that resonate with the audience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and video production executing successful advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do mindset and high execution capacity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners
- Fluent English and a deep understanding of the advertising industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven expertise in crafting creative briefs and exceptional copywriting skills.
- A strategic thinker who can blend data-driven insights with creative concepts to develop impactful campaigns and messaging.
