Verint Operations & Supply chain group of professionals that are handling the aspects of product deliveries and operational activities, including both Software and Hardware products from multiple disciplines.

The group activity is global and is spread across multiple territories and time zones.

Our day to day includes: heavy engagement and collaboration with internal functions as well as external partners, analytical work with data, process designs, and execution of transformation projects, automations and new product introductions.

Let’s Talk about you:

As the Operations- Life Cycle Management Group Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams including Material Planning, engineering-NPI, Software Fulfillment and Quality Management. provide the necessary support and coordination to internal business and R&D teams, Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. You will also prepare and execute plans for all product transitions and introductions projects, coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure good quality products, and represent the operations in the product life cycles gates.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

• Playing a lead role in the global operations management team and lead a group of seasoned and innovative engineers and specialists.
• Developing project plans with clear definitions of tasks, deliverables, and setup systems for tracking them across various teams to deliver production ready processes.
• Look a few years out to larger volumes and identify weak links in current manufacturing flow. Able to make plans to build redundancy and decision points for outsourcing.
• Creating solutions to solve complex business and technical needs.
• Ensuring accurate and timely communication to management on critical technical and business issues.
• Working closely with the Product Management team to execute product introductions across the company portfolio (software and hardware).
• Managing the performance and output of the team to drive change and develop, implement, optimize and/or continuously improve work processes, techniques, and systems.  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Engineering, or business.
• 6+ years of experience in leading Supply Chain Operations/project management/engineering organizations with multidisciplinary product development.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience including managing, coaching, leading, and conducting performance management reviews and development plans.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing operations, supply chain, sourcing, contract manufacturers / OEM, engineering product introduction processes, supplier quality, and other functions as needed to drive successful commercialization of new and existing products.
• Proficient with presentation skills across multiple levels to peers and leadership .
• Hebrew and English communications skills (verbal/written).
