Job Description

Global Facilities Strategic Sourcing Team is responsible for Corporate Services commercial management in Intel Global.

The scope includes contracts negotiation, contract management, and supplier/contractor base development.

GFSS student will support and lead the supplier and contract mgt, Project mgt, data analysis, systems operational and will support the team's tasks per need.

Areas Of Responsibility

• Support GFSS organization, and provide support to the team, including professional support to the dept. systems, meetings, and activities.
• Support team commodity manager on projects, strategic and tactical data analysis, systems updates, meetings and forums set up.
• Create and develop systems and tools to support the site-level GFSS programs.
• Support GFSS programs, audits and actions record keeping/communication and support the team in all needed objectives actions.
  
  

Qualifications

• A registered student in relevant B.A. / B.Sc. programs or Masters programs Accounting Legal, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Industrial Eng. in a known Israeli high level educational institute.
• At least 2 full years till graduation.
• Availability of at least 3 days a week: 1 from home and 2 days each time in a different Intel site: Jerusalem, Haifa, K. Gat and Petah Tikva.
• Computing environment skills: Internet, HTML, Office applications and data systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Good costumer orientation.
• Good presentation skills.
• High level of English.
• Team player.
• Learning capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
