The Cybersecurity vertical within Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) is a leading provider of software and comprehensive solutions for the fast growing industrial and Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity market. Industries served include oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, power generation, pulp & paper, metals and mining, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage and more. Honeywell’s cybersecurity software and solutions help customers strengthen cybersecurity across their enterprise to enable IT-OT convergence and digital transformation, improving enterprise performance while reducing the cost of cybersecurity. We have an opportunity for a Director of Product Management within the cybersecurity business of HCE to join us at Honeywell in ISRAEL, PETAH TIKVA. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Director of Product Management is responsible for developing and managing the product delivery strategy for the Honeywell Forge Cybersecurity+ platform, which is based upon products recently acquired from SCADAfence.

Key Requirements

• Directly manage a team of 6-10 high-performing product owners and technical communication specialists.
• Define product vision, including roadmap, feature prioritization, and investment with specific focus customer value and maximum ROI.
• Using AGILE techniques, lead and execute product planning, including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements. Work with technical teams to make trade-off decisions based on customer requirements, financial goals, and time to market.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
• Seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders on how product should be improved.
• Influence customers, partners, senior leaders across Honeywell and communicate Honeywell's Cybersecurity vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
  
  

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or other technical discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a software product management role
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience
• People/team management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to influence and partner in a global matrix organization

• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
• Experience working with globally-distributed teams preferred
• Experience with M&A integration a strong plus
• Experience with industrial control systems, process control networks, DCS, SCADA and/or industrial automation a strong plus.
