Responsibilities:

Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring the alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor products, and potential opportunities for innovation.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.
Drive the development of technical and business requirements, balancing user experience with technical feasibility.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to continuously iterate and enhance the product.
Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web and mobile products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
