Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring the alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor products, and potential opportunities for innovation.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Drive the development of technical and business requirements, balancing user experience with technical feasibility.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to continuously iterate and enhance the product.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  
  

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web and mobile products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
  
  

• Experience in SaaS companies.
• Technical background or understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
