Title: Senior Product Manager – I-Medata - Healthcare Innovation

About Us:

At I-Medata, we are at the forefront of healthcare transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven solutions to revolutionize patient care. As the data science center of Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov), we collaborate with global medical organizations and digital health companies to pioneer the development of AI models and data solutions utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data, imaging data, and other critical information. Our projects seamlessly integrate into Tel Aviv Medical Center's clinical workflow, fostering collaboration between data scientists, physicians, and research labs to drive meaningful advancements in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with a team of talented professionals, including engineers, data experts, researchers, and clinicians, to establish a unified product vision that aligns with our mission to transform healthcare.
• Work closely with a dedicated Project Manager to ensure smooth execution, efficient resource allocation, and successful product delivery.
• Drive focus and efficiency within your team to deliver products that address critical healthcare needs and resonate with users.
• Define key product metrics to measure success and guide data-driven decision-making processes.
• Effectively communicate your team's progress, achievements, and objectives internally and externally to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with over 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including successful launches of complex products, from concept to scalable solutions. Collaborative work with engineering and design teams is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions in dynamic and ambiguous environments, considering cost, value, risk, and opportunities.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences within challenging healthcare settings, with a keen eye for UX and design.
• Natural leadership qualities, including a strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Proficiency in crafting user stories and specifying product features.
• A problem-solving mindset that thrives on finding creative solutions to complex healthcare challenges in collaboration with customers.
