So, what will you be doing all day?
Work directly with our Revenue Operations on developing Workiz Outbound Go-to-market Motion from scratch.
Generate new business pipeline by executing outbound prospecting activities such as researching target accounts, cold calling and personalizing email and social media messaging.
Engage prospects in the US as a consultant who can help them uncover their challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Take part in building an effective outbound machine by testing different types of prospects, call-tracks, messaging and processes.
Partner with our sales team to drive revenue by running effective discovery, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.
Always be on the lookout for new ideas and methods for prospecting and lead generation.
Act as the voice of the customer in our Tel Aviv site, as the first customer-facing function in the site.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
4+ years of sales experience in a tech company and history of overachievement (preferably working with SMBs).
2+ years of experience as an Outbound BDR/SDR.
Working days: Sunday-Thursday, Evening hours (US hours)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Target-driven and hard worker with a strong sense of urgency.
Analytical mindset and process oriented individual, with the ability to contribute to sales workflow optimization that supports a quality and timely outreach to prospects.
Coachability, excellent internal communications and great adaptability to frequent changes.
Mother-tongue level english
Familiarity with common sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator or the like.
An interest and/or knowledge in the field-service industry.
Start-up experience preferred.
These would also be nice
Experience as a first outbound BDR in a startup.
Experience working with HubSpot
Experience in the field-service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Locksmith, Construction, etc…)
