Information Technology System Engineer
Full time job in the IT department. This is an onsite position in the office in Jerusalem next to the train and bus stations.
A high-tech company in Jerusalem is looking for an IT engineer for a full-time job.
We are looking for a self sufficient, goal motivated person.
Location of work in Jerusalem.
Job available - Immediately.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in the field including at least 2 years with RedHat based OS is a must.
Experience in managing and maintaining organization computer infrastructure, must have requirements:
- Experience with Linux Operating System: installation, configuration and maintenance. Experience in RedHat based OS is a must & Ubuntu OS is an advantage.
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11 OS: installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Experience in giving technical support, software installation, information systems and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
- Acquisition experience, ordering equipment and communication with different suppliers.
- Independent self managed working and solving problems capabilities.
- High level of English both written and verbal.
Optional advantage knowledge:
- Experience working and managing Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Windows Server OS: installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Experience configuring WIFI hotspots.
- Experience working with switches and routers, experience working in communication cabinets.
- Experience working with firewalls and VPNs.
- Working Experience with storage equipment.
- Experience and knowledge using VoIP & DVR.
- Languages: English, Hebrew.
