Endpoint Engineer

We’re looking for a talented GO/C++ Software Engineer to join our strategic core team. This team is responsible for building Aqua’s cutting-edge endpoint security solutions for Containers, K8S, and Cloud Workloads.

You will be designing, developing, and supporting the core functionality that drives our technology and services.

Responsibilities:

• Write code for Linux, K8S, containers, and Windows, while taking end to end ownership of features
• Be an effective part in owning and supporting the team’s services in multiple production environments
• Build high-performance multi-threaded infrastructure for distributed systems
• Optimize code to meet demanding performance constraints of time, memory, and storage, applying best practices for high quality design, code and tests
• Play a significant part in the design and development of core and critical features
• Collaborate with teams across the organization

Requirements:

• Graduated B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering (GPA 85+) with experience in C/C++ SW development on Linux - 2+ years of experience
• Equivalent practical experience from army service
• Golang development experience - an advantage
• Hands-on experience in development and troubleshooting on Linux - an advantage
• Experience with Windows internals - an advantage
• Experience optimizing code to meet demanding performance constraints of time, memory, and storage - an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, team player, and out-of-the-box thinker
• Eager to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment
