Cyber Security Services Unit Manager

A leading Israeli cybersecurity services company is looking for a new P&L Unit Manager for their outstanding Managed Services!

You will lead a 2 teams of about 10 people professionally and will also support all sales processes.

The teams give various technical security services such as SOC, IR, threat intelligence, IT security implementation etc.

You will report to the CEO of the company.

Job Description:

- Manage, mentor, and develop the teams of cybersecurity professionals

- Manage the financial aspects of the managed services.

- Develop incident response methodology

- Be an escalation point to handle complex security issues.

- Take an active part in the Managed Services presale efforts.

- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints.

- Provide regular reports to the CEO on the performance of the MSSP.

- Continuously research new cybersecurity technologies and trends

Position Requirements:

Experience in the cybersecurity– minimum five years.

Experience in leading a cyber security team - minimum two years.

Experience with SOC processes and SIEM/SOAR technologies

Experience working with customers

Experience in presale processes.

In-depth knowledge of security technologies such as : EDR, SIEM, SOAR and phishing awareness platforms.
