The Product Manager is responsible for managing the product throughout its entire lifecycle – from initial design to execution. This includes gathering, defining, and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with R&D, to deliver a winning product in a manner that will support the company’s overall strategy and goals. It also includes working with sales, account managers, and support to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and shape innovative solutions to some of the intelligence world’s hardest problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas and functions
Products insights and definition - Understand and analyze the market and competitive landscape as well as user needs and requirements in depth. Define the product vision and the roadmap to deliver it per the company’s strategy.
Product planning and design - Define and prioritize new features and capabilities, improve existing ones, and take part in designing them, while always striving for the best user experiences.
Products development and launch - Work closely and collaboratively with Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal and UX teams on innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
+4 years experience as a Product Manager
Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber, forensics, telecommunication/mobile world
Technical background - a technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Sciences & Systems, Software Applications, or an equivalent experience
Proven presentations and customer-facing skills
Experience in taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from ideation to launch - Big Advantaged
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proactive and independent ,Strive for self-development
