Role

This is Management Trainee Program starts off with Ecosystem & Listing team, and subsequently to other departments based on your career goal and interest within CoinMarketCap.

Job Description

• Work directly with the listings team to enhance the quality, breadth, and depth of content on CoinMarketCap
• Generate leads by proactively analyzing and scouting for high-quality projects
• Synthesize and compile pertinent project information for entry into Zendesk workflow
• Provide support to listings team on ad-hoc projects
• Analyse market trends to identify cutting-edge tokens and blockchain projects
• Monitor news and developments on tokens on CMC platform and assess their qualification to remain listings on the platform
  
  

• Fresh Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced Degree or certification (MBA, CFA) would be an advantage
• Deep working knowledge of technical and advanced cryptocurrency concepts, including swaps, protocols, dApps, exchange operations and more
• Experience with analytics and spreadsheet software (e.g. VBA, VLOOKUP, IF statements) and presenting with data sets using SQL
• Organized, resourceful, and with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership
• In-depth understanding & relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including strong grasp of trends, themes, tokenomics, etc.
• Experience with a support ticket system (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.)
