Sunbit is hiring a Temp Office Manager!
Sunbit, a high-tech company located in Binyamina and TLV (adjacent to the train station in both locations), is looking for an office manager for an 8-month replacement for maternity leave. The position provides flexibility, offering the option for a part-time position daily from 8:00-15:00 (80%-90). The position requires 4 days in Binyamina and 1 day in TLV and is not hybrid.
What will you do as Sunbit Office Manager:
Manage day-to-day Office Administration and be the focal point for all operational needs
You will be responsible for maintaining the overall office, including office supplies & groceries.
Working with suppliers and service providers to maintain the office's ongoing needs.
Assist the accounting team by generating reports, tracking invoice payments, managing the office expenses budget, and handling reimbursement and travel expenses.
Maintain the employee attendance system (Synel) every month
Administer the HR system focusing on Bamboo HR.
Logistic support in well-being events
Supporting travel needs and related logistics
Address employees’ queries and support their operational needs
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements:
Previous experience as an office manager, preferably within a high-tech global organization.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills, multitasking ability, and task prioritization.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
Team player and “Can do” attitude
Solid communication skills both in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
