QC Manager – Pharmaceutical Company (2882)

A pharmaceutical company is seeking a motivated QC Manager to lead the QC laboratories. This position includes overall responsibility for laboratories management, team leadership, resource and budget management, project management and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative responsibility for implementing the GMP rules and maintaining compliance in the laboratories according to regulatory requirements.
• Adapting the laboratories to the requirements of the quality management system and the business goals of the company.
• Preparing and meeting international audits.
• Defining a policy for the tests performed.
• Responsibility for laboratory investigations, change controls, CAPA, work procedures, protocols and reports.
• Professional and personal development of the employees.

job requirements

• Master's degree or higher in the fields of chemistry, life sciences, biotechnology or similar.
• Previous experience in managing and motivating a team of employees.
• Previous experience and familiarity with laboratory work in a pharmaceutical company in a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in preparing and meeting international audits.
• Knowledge in the field of molecular biology and working with cell cultures.
• Experience in technological transfer of methods.
• Management, leadership, motivation and organization skills
• Proficient in presenting, articulate in both written and spoken communication in both Hebrew and English.
