Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join our team. In this role, you will analyze customer needs and requirements, define the implementation of new system features, recommend possible alternatives for fulfilling needs and requirements, and collaborate with developers, UX/UI teams, infrastructure personnel, and customer relations managers from various departments. Responsibilities include writing user stories and requirements documents, defining project/system-specific processes, creating test documents, conducting acceptance testing, participating in deployment processes, providing secondary or tertiary support for user questions/issues, learning and presenting project-specific workflows, and actively participating in project analysis and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a software systems integrator, Scrum Master, or systems planner with hybrid aspects (various environments, cloud, and organizational settings), managing application-level integration
• Understanding of code and ability to write scripts
• Knowledge of networks and information security
• Experience with Agile development
• Experience in analyzing systems in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment
• Project management experience
• Location: Petah Tikva
