We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient operation of our financial systems. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing payment processes, reporting to authorities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage payments to suppliers, both domestic and international, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with schedules and accrual directives.
• Collaborate with service providers and consultants to enhance financial efficiency.
• Oversee daily bank account operations, including transaction entry and reconciliation.
• Support the finance department with additional financial and administrative tasks as needed.
