As a NOC, you will:

Work in shifts 24x7, including weekends and holidays.
Handle day-to-day production issues.
Provide clients with a professional and friendly first point-of-contact for all incidents.
Continuously develop and improve the team’s service and processes.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and debug technical incidents.

If you have:

At least 1 year of experience as a technical support, NOC, or customer service representative, or a similar role.
Knowledge in UNIX systems & CCNA level networking – must.
Fluency in English, good writing and communication skills.
Ability to multitask under pressure and remain focused.
Strong analytical skills and able to collect and interpret data from various sources.
Knowledge in Windows services and logs.
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
Basic knowledge in Virtualization (VMware).
