As a NOC, you will:
- Work in shifts 24x7, including weekends and holidays.
- Handle day-to-day production issues.
- Provide clients with a professional and friendly first point-of-contact for all incidents.
- Continuously develop and improve the team’s service and processes.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical incidents.
If you have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a technical support, NOC, or customer service representative, or a similar role.
- Knowledge in UNIX systems & CCNA level networking – must.
- Fluency in English, good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and remain focused.
- Strong analytical skills and able to collect and interpret data from various sources.
- Knowledge in Windows services and logs.
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
- Basic knowledge in Virtualization (VMware).
