We are looking for a talented hands-on QA Automation Lead to join our R&D department. As a Lead, you will have full responsibility for the software automation test strategy of our products.

Responsibilities

End to End planning, designing, and execution of automation and manual test cases.
Lead a team of 2-3 members.
Implement UI automation tests using Python and Selenium.
Implement backend and API tests using Python.
Define and track quality assurance metrics.
Create continuous quality assurance process, nightly runs, etc.
Collaborate consistently with development, Dev-ops and product teams to identify bugs and initiate resolutions.
provide technical leadership by performing code reviews to team members that includes code standards, correct design, efficiency, and sufficient testing coverage
Work closely with the various development teams, product managers, and architects to prioritize quality and testing opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Designing and building our automation infrastructure and building blocks

Requirements

3+ years’ experience as a QA automation engineer – must
At least 2 years of experience as a QA Automation lead position
Proven hands-on experience in developing and implementing an automation test strategy and methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of Python and Selenium
Experience in planning QA cycle, writing test cases and automating the tests
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Academic degree in CS or Engineering
Great communication skills
Experience in design and implementation of test automation for complex products
