Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are looking for a talented hands-on QA Automation Lead to join our R&D department. As a Lead, you will have full responsibility for the software automation test strategy of our products.

Responsibilities

• End to End planning, designing, and execution of automation and manual test cases.
• Lead a team of 2-3 members.
• Implement UI automation tests using Python and Selenium.
• Implement backend and API tests using Python.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics.
• Create continuous quality assurance process, nightly runs, etc.
• Collaborate consistently with development, Dev-ops and product teams to identify bugs and initiate resolutions.
• provide technical leadership by performing code reviews to team members that includes code standards, correct design, efficiency, and sufficient testing coverage
• Work closely with the various development teams, product managers, and architects to prioritize quality and testing opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Designing and building our automation infrastructure and building blocks

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a QA automation engineer – must
• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Automation lead position
• Proven hands-on experience in developing and implementing an automation test strategy and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and Selenium
• Experience in planning QA cycle, writing test cases and automating the tests
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Academic degree in CS or Engineering
• Great communication skills
• Experience in design and implementation of test automation for complex products
