We're in search of a dedicated and proactive Junior Marketing Analyst with a keen analytical mind and a commitment to enhancing marketing strategies and operational efficiency, driving impactful business outcomes.
Role Overview
As a Junior Marketing Analyst, your role is central to driving our marketing and sales success through a blend of data management, strategic prospecting, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in enhancing our CRM data accuracy and implementing effective automation for lead management. Your responsibilities include developing targeted lists for our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), focusing on a mix of cold accounts, intent-based prospects, and new leads. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of top accounts, ensuring they align with our sales goals and market trends. Additionally, you will support the analysis and reporting of CRM data, providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies and operational efficiencies. Your role also extends to maintaining the operational integrity of our backend systems, ensuring the marketing team functions effectively and meets its objectives and deadlines.
What are we looking for:
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Data Management and Automation: Regularly update and enrich CRM data for accuracy, implement efficient CRM automation for lead routing and scoring, and develop workflows for lead nurturing and conversion, aligning with business strategies.
- Targeted List and Outbound Awareness strategy: Develop and maintain dynamic lists for AEs and SDRs with a mix of cold accounts, intent-based prospects, and new leads for optimized outreach. Assist in crafting and executing strategies to enhance brand recognition among target accounts, aiding outbound teams in establishing brand familiarity.
- Top Accounts Oversight: Manage and continuously refine a prioritized list of key accounts critical for closure within the year, adapting the strategy based on account behavior and market trends.
- CRM Analysis and Reporting: Support analyzing CRM data and generating insightful reports to inform and enhance marketing strategies and operational efficiencies.
- Operational Platform Maintenance: Uphold the integrity and functionality of backend operational systems, including KPI measurement and task management platforms. Ensure the marketing team operates efficiently, effectively meeting day-to-day operational demands and consistently hitting deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Data expertise: Experience with CRM software (or equivalent), demonstrating the ability to manage and analyze data effectively. Hubspot, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo. and other marketing and sales tools knowledge is a big advantage
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with teams and reporting insights.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Monday.com, Clickup, and other task management tools knowledge is an advantage
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms. Basic understanding of KPI measurement and task management systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools or processes as required.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Proactive Approach: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and act with a sense of urgency to address challenges and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You have a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions and a keen interest in uncovering insights that impact business strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in data management and analysis, contributing to reliable and actionable insights.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: You are adaptable to changing environments and eager to learn new skills and tools, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
