Accounts Payable Bookkeeper (Temp Position)

To support our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our dynamic Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Management of suppliers and customers.
• Ongoing management of incoming invoices.
• General ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
• Issue POs, receive suppliers' invoices, and pay them in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact with suppliers and purchasing managers.
• Documentation of purchases, including monitoring and analyzing requirements and expected variances.
• Assist and support our senior accountant.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Assist with other financial projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience
• A team player with a can-do attitude - a must
• Experience using NetSuite - an advantage
• Experience with Mesh and DOKKA - an advantage
• Level 2 Certificate in Accounting
• Strong English and Hebrew skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Assertive and able to work independently
• Able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
