Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively perform data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for various business functions and processes
• Build data flows and provide the analytical guidelines for intelligent and efficient data models
• Mentor and coach other BI analysts and help them develop their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and methodologies
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on Tableau implementation
• Creating data sources and manage dashboards (including drill-down and advanced tooltips)
• Proficiency using advanced SQL including sub-queries, grouping/unions and all join types
• Mapping valuable data sets/points and defining relationships for multiple stakeholders (Sales / Finance / Marketing / Customer Success / etc.)
• Working directly with end users and business partners on US and International
• Building and maintaining backend transformations (ELT) - advantage
• SaaS companies background - advantage
• REST API and/or Workato - advantage
