We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in generating insights that shape our financial strategies.

As our FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for budget analysis, performance monitoring, and fostering operational efficiency across our teams in Israel and the USA.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Generate detailed budget vs. actuals analysis, proactively identifying key variances, trends, and drivers.
• Translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Define, calculate, and closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure KPIs accurately reflect the business performance.
• Provide vital support for the annual planning and financial forecasting processes.
• Manage the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Prepare budget variance reports that highlight areas for improvement and potential cost savings.
• Work closely with teams across different geographies, including Israel and the USA, and build effective relationships with stakeholders to gather insights, understand business dynamics, and align financial analysis with operational
• Drive initiatives aimed at promoting operational efficiency and cost-saving plans.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst from companies with high growth.
• Proven experience in Budget, forecast, and business KPI definitions
• Experience in building, managing, processing, and reporting performance.
• Excel proficiency and proven experience in financial model building
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Professional level in English both written and spoken - Must
• Knowledge and experience with Priority system – an advantage
• Work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
