As a Recruiter at Intuit Israel you will be expected to be expert at your craft while influencing top talent and business leaders to make well informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence. You will create best in class experiences that delight candidates and managers while being a multiplier for your team through mentoring and training.
As the Recruiter , you will be in a unique position to affect product outcomes by bringing the best talent to Intuit. Our teams create products for our small business and consumer products. You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess and close top engineering talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment in a corporate environment
- Experience and comfort partnering & consulting VP level leaders
- Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
- Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
- Success in developing inclusive pipelines
- Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
- Possess an understanding of the Israeli Tech Industry.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Develop and drive recruiting strategy with each hiring manager
- Lead the offer process and provide guidance to the hiring leader & HR Business Partner to arrive at competitive and equitable compensation packages
- Understand the business needs and leverage the business strategy in your communication efforts and recruiting strategy to win talent
- Collaborate and partner across teams.
