Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Product Designer to join our fast-growing team at Faddom.com. This is a unique role where you will not only contribute to product design but also work closely with the marketing team on the website, brand, and promotional materials. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface of our products and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team on the design and development of the website, brand identity, and promotional materials.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience in IT and cybersecurity world is a significant advantage.
