Overview

Skyline Robotics is seeking a purchasing coordinator to support its procurement department activities. As part of the job description, you will be responsible for sourcing the materials as needed for our business with the assistance of our supply chain partners and our internal team. Work closely with our R&D and Operations teams in order to ensure that all requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Purchasing - from receiving the RFQ to monitoring and controlling the delivery of orders in accordance with requirements.
• Develop and leverage cross-functional relationships (Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Operations, etc.)
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery of goods and services.



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, or Business administration or relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Team player with a growth, development, and challenge-accepted mindset.
• Independent, motivated, fast learner.
• Planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Advanced English level, both spoken and written - Must.
• ERP experience - Must.
• Strong MS Excel, word skills.
• Experience in High Tech/ Startup
